THIS year the Library and Life's Circle are decorating the annual Remembrance Christmas Tree.

We invite the community to pop into the library and write on a card to help decorate the tree in memory of the loved ones we are missing at this time of year.

Christmas is a celebration for many, but for some it marks the realisation that we are missing family and friends at a time where we may get together to share a meal or Christmas party.

It is a lovely way of quietly contemplating and remembering, by writing a few special words with cards and pens provided.

Join us from December 2 to December 17 to write your special message.

It is slightly different this year due to the renovation space, it is a smaller Christmas tree , and only operating for a shorter duration due to the closure of the library.
