MT BULLER staff had the recent opportunity to attend a careers information evening to gain valuable insights, explore career paths, and network with industry professionals.

Hosted by Paul Smyth, Buller Sports Manager, the event featured a panel of community members who answered questions about their own career experiences and pathways, particularly in the snow industry.

Following the panel, presentations were given on various international resorts, including Grouse Mountain in Canada and Silvretta Montafon in Austria.

Attendees then had the opportunity to explore booths offering summer job opportunities, study options with GOTAFE, and VISA information for working snow seasons overseas.
