The Mount Buller Ratepayers Association (MBRA) is an active (not-for-profit) group representing the interests of Mt Buller stakeholders.
Who does the MBRA represent?
The MBRA represents club lodges, body corporates, commercial accommodation providers and apartment owners at Mt Buller.
What does the MBRA do?
The MBRA has a strong collaborative relationship with the Resort Management (ARV), Buller Ski Lifts (BSL) and the Chamber of Commerce.
The MBRA seek to ensure that their members are kept up-to-date with the latest news and developments at Mt Buller and
that the needs of members are considered in high level decision making.
Representatives from the MBRA contribute to the following groups:
The Alpine Resorts Industry Advisory Group (ARIAG) representing stakeholder interests to the state government;
The Victorian Snowsports Association (VSA);
Alpine Resorts Working Group (ARWG);
The Mt Buller Mt Stirling Marketing Committee (BSMC);
The Mt Buller Emergency Management Committee;
The National Alpine Museum Association (NAMA).

What are the benefits of joining MBRA?
The MBRA will keep you up to date with all the news and developments that affect your property on Mt Buller.
The association will help to ensure that your interests are considered in future planning at the resort and that your feedback is heard by the key decision makers.
Being a member of the MBRA enables access to the knowledge bank of the group and gives the opportunity to take part in any of the projects offered by the association.
Importantly, being a member connects you with other like-minded members of the Mt Buller community, to learn from the experience of others and to share your knowledge with other members.

How do I join?
We encourage all property owners on Mt Buller to join the MBRA, be it an apartment, lodge or chalet.
All signed up members are encouraged to attend and actively participate in our AGM on June 25 2024 at the South Yarra Tennis Club.
Those interested in joining our committee are invited to approach any of our committee members to discuss opportunities moving forward.
We are always seeking engaged, committed members to add value to our sub-committees which review and pass opinion on a broad range of Mt Buller stakeholder issues.
