See a collection of the best snow images of the past Polar Blast storm.

Everyone loves a good snow storm and while the season has not yet officially started and most snow enthusiasts are sitting in their city office, how good is it that the resorts have such great photographers to capture magical images to appease our winter weather curiosity.

All the resorts have about 40-50cm from the storm so far, and on Wednesday the winter weather continues to buffet the alpine region delivering more snow.

Plus there is more snow arriving this coming weekend, so when you factor another good dose on top of what you see here, I am sure you agree. The season is off to one of its best starts and June is sure to be a pretty decent in the alpine resorts.

Hotham is a great resort for photos and probably have the most famous picnic tables in Australia which are always been photographed under snow. Nice spot for an apres drink as well.
