Treble Cone

Famous for its long uncrowded groomed runs, Treble Cone is the South Islands largest ski area. It has a huge 700m of spine tingling vertical to challenge skiers and snowboarders and its long trails allow for non-stop awesome riding. The more experienced riders up for some extra adrenaline pumping adventure can explore a wonderland of some of New Zealand’s steepest terrain with natural half pipes and chutes. Treble Cone is also the starting point for those keen on the booming backcountry ski and snowboard experience to access phenomenal out-of-bounds territory.

Treble Cone Resort is perfectly located in the Queenstown Southern Lake District. Enjoy the scenic 40 minute drive from Wanaka or travel 90 minutes via Crown Ridge Rd from Queenstown. The unrivalled views over Lake Wanaka and the Southern Alps are the ultimate backdrop to the holiday experience.
