CHILDREN and their families are invited to a series of free outdoor concerts across the Alpine Shire in October to help celebrate Children's Week.
The concerts will be performed by The Dreaming Space, a performing act that combines artistry, atmosphere and joy for the young and young at heart.
Performances designed for children aged up to 10 years will be held at:
- Mount Beauty's Hydro Park from 3.30pm on Tuesday, October 22;
- Myrtleford's Piazza from 3.30pm on Wednesday, October 23; and
- Bright's Howitt Park from 3.30pm on Thursday, October 24.
Families are encouraged to bring their own chairs and picnic rugs, with food stalls available onsite.
No registrations are required.
The theme for Children's Week 2024 is 'Children have the right to a clean and safe environment'.
Children's Week is a national celebration of children aged 0-12 years from Saturday, October 19 to Sunday, October 27.
